Here's an update and observation I noticed with these fans mounted.
This past winter was the first winter with the fans mounted in place. Previously, before the fans, I have never seen any needle movement from Cyber's oil temp gauge during the winter season. After mounting the fans, the oil temp gauge did register some heat. I suppose that's good to have warm oil circulating through the engine but that tells me that the fans are creating an obstruction to the air flow when it's not winter.
So, because of that and also one of the connector wires to fans had gotten pinched yet not severed, I removed one of the cooling fans.
Unfortunately it has not been that hot here in Sacramento to make a observation on running just one fan. I figure if the fan was creating an obstruction, then by removing the one side, the air can pass freely over half of the cooler and the other half will be slowed a bit. But when stoped, then I'll still have some forced air movement with the one fan.
