  • How can I tell if I need to rejet?

I just got my kat, it has a yoshi pipe. I don't know if any carb work was done to it, but how can I tell if it needs to be rejetted? When in first slowing down there's a little pop in the exhaust. I'm new to this so I don't really know.

the needles in the carbs will have grooves for e-clips if they have been changed. see carbs 102 in wiki.

the only way to tell is to get the numbers off the jets and see if they are stock or not
never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.
