  • works for me!

I happened across a scorpion round stainless race can
So I decided to chop the too quiet standard item off my post 750
Welded the scorpion can in it's place. Pleasantly rewarded with gorgeous sound, less bulk and absolutely no flatspots, hesitation or anything but perfect behaviour! Plugs show right colour too so all good with no adjustment at all. Pulls unbelievably strong even from top gear roll ons! Just thought I'd share that.

Scorpions are great, but your saying it didn't come with a mid pipe? A slip on like that does not require welding.

The can had no link pipe, I was given it secondhand.
I cut the original can off flush and welded the scorpion directly in it's place.
I think the can was originally on a zz-r 400.
I can't believe how perfect the bike runs!

A quick blip of the throttle while riding thru town sees people stepping out in front of me quickly turn back to the safety of the pavement too!

Stainless steel mate. Only problem is I can't get paint to stock to it!
