Good luck with that!
After you install the Yoshi 750 header (we're not talking exhaust pipes here, we're talking header pipes), take the bike to somewhere that has a dyno with an exhaust gas sniffer (EGA) and have it run for fuel-air mixture rates -- get the print out specifically with the Air/Fuel Ratio on it (many places won't normally give that to you on the print-out unless you ask). Knowing that it runs in the 13:1 - 14.2:1 Air-fuel ratio range across the board (all RPM's) will let know that you're not running engine-damagingly lean anywhere, nor bogging down heavy enough to foul plugs in general. It's also a superb mix-range for modern 10% ethanol-gas blends.
Running significantly too lean can cause physical damages to components as they overheat; running too rich will foul plugs and build up tons of carb in the cylinders.
