Ninja 650 exhaust

Has anyone tried to relocate the muffler to under the frame like the new Ninja 650? Could a muffler shop do this easily?

Hi,

I thought about it and had already bought different mufflers from a Honda CBR 600 RR 2003. But when I mounted it I started measuring the space between the rear tire and the muffler, it just wasn't big enough (only 10cm) to ride savely.

I have a 600F from 1995.

I doubt there is enough space/clearance under there, plus I would be hesistant about concentrating the heat directly under the oil pan area on the Kat (a non-water-cooled bike).
