I have looked all over for a front fender for my 2006 katana and can't seem to find a site that has a cheap one that's not at $180!

I looked for both and couldn't really fine a site to buy a cheap one

You won't find a new one cheap. Keep an eye out on ebay and the classified section here on KR.
