  • wow I need help

So I pulled my bike apart months ago and am finally putting it all back together. My problem is, I have most of the parts labeled, I just don't remember what goes where and what order to put it all back together in! I have the tank, rear fairing and front fender on, but what is next!?

It's on a 2005 kat and pictures would be great! Don't rag on me too bad. lol. First time taking it all apart...

    Service manual?
Have you put the engine back in yet? Are the wheels on? Honestly have no clue "what is next".

Ok I didn't take it that far apart. Just the plastics. I just got it painted and so far I have the tank, rear fairing and front fender on. Now I think you put the front fairing pieces on then the sides? I just can't remember and what screws go where...

I haven't dealt with fairings much, but have you checked the service manual in the wiki to see if there is a procedure there?

Gas tank first, then tail, then side plastics, then belly pan.

what about the front plastics by the windscreen? Because there are the two inner ones and I just can't think of how this works.... Anyone know of another thread explaining this?

It's like a puzzle. It'll only work one way.
