      This is what I have started for the rear subframe, seeing that I shouldnt need any of the orginal....

      92 Kat 600
      mods so far:
      -96 750 engine -04 gsxr1000 rear fairings -02 gsxr 1000 6" rear wheel -and f upper fairings -190/50r17 tire -custom extended swing arm -02 gsxr rear brakes -520 chain conversion -gsxr forks and front end -undertail exhaust -04 yam r1 pegs and shifter -750 rear suspension -+2 rear sprocket -minus 1 f sprocket

          That bike is awesome man ! My opinion on the exhaust... have you ever noticed how exhaust fumes smoke up car bumpers with soot? Just dont want you to spend alot of time or money on exhaust fabrication then realize that your tail section looks like a black lung.
          But I dont know everything !

                  that looks awsome i am trying something similar with my 92 600 kat i got the headlight on ebay but how did u fit the cowling with the stock plastics?

                            sorry for the delay, but there is a gap there, i'm pretty sure i'm going to just make plastic strips to join the two together, then the will look like they belong there.

                                These projects got to be a labor of love, because they usually end up costing more than they are worth. Ballsy build you got going. Do the undertail....it looks hot..just wipe off the lens once a week and maybe think of heat shielding them from the plastic lens.
