Cool... will you be painting it afterwards, and how will you keep spray from the tire from ruining the paint? Just curious... Painting it and then installing some inserts in that same shape would address both issues.... Hmmm... just rambling.

I cut it with a dremel, I had planned on plexiglasing it in or maybe some leds. I don't know yet.Comment

i am sitting at about 2.5 hours on the sides with mesh, .5 hours on the trimming of the front part of the fender, and about 6-7 on the kanji in the front. I still have about 3-4 more to go before I can prime and paint it.Comment
