    ??? No clue. Is it 16", 17", 18"?
Looks like a very early Kat rim ('88) or a bike shipped prior to that, based on the spoke shape combined with the text on the wheel rim.

Its not off a pre 98 Kat. The pre's only had 4 bolts holding on the rear rotor. Not sure what it's off of.

If you can find a suzuki part number on it, we might be able to pump it through some place like RonAyers and pull which vehicles it shipped on.

Well...... I broke down and bought the rim. Luck was on my side. Yes it is a 17x4.50 and my original axle shaft is the same diameter. My bike is a 93 750-F with a 17x3.50 rear rim. My Haynes manual shows a diagram with this wheel style for a "late" GSX-R 750 and a "late" GSX-R 1100 model. They don't specify the year they just specify "late". This one just changed the rules or no one ever pursued this wheel style. I just didn't want to buy a front rim if I didn't have to. Castings on the rim- J17xMT4.50 DOT
          Castings by each spoke- /7 1/6 9/3
          That's all I can find. m/? d/? y/?

Another mystery. As long as it fits. That's all I care about.

Sorry if I'm being captain obvious here, but a 98+ Katana rear rim is 4.5" wide with a 5 bolt rear rotor pattern. I sold him a 98+ Katana rear rotor, that works. So unless I'm missing something, thats a 98+ Katana 600/750 rear rim.

98+ never had curved spokes. I'm inclined to suspect the RF600 or RF900.

+1...most like a early 88-89ish gsxr rear rim or an RF600 rear rim. If I recall RF900 was a 5.5" rear like early/mid ninties gsxrs and bandit 1200's.
