Hey Tmod, when I do emulators in my forks, what are your thoughts on installing preload adjusters in the fork caps?I read a post where you don't recommend installing the rebound adjusters on top of the emulators.Have you found this to still be true?I know the post I found was old but things change over time. How difficult would it be to pop the rebound caps, off the fork caps, gut them, and install preload adjusters?I did this on a set of GS5 forks, but they where plain caps with a 3/8 drive slot to remove them. That set up involved drilling the caps, weld on a nut, install the adjuster, and lock nut.Not sure how the Kat fork caps are made internally.I never tempted fate by taking them apart.Never seen a reason to.BTW,Is 15w fork oil thin enough to use with the RT emulators and me riding hard in the mountains?A quick reacting suspension is nice.
