you can use the search option, and the 750 service manual is located in the wiki I'm sure that info would be in there.
as far as the tool you would need you can go to the how to section an look up the fork rebuild there an it shows the tool you will need, and if you cant make your own I believe motion pro and a few other companies make it fairly cheap (25$ +/-). it is a fork oil leveler http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...T.ac=SLIsearch

    good luck

        welcome bro,
honestly I'm not sure, although I am at this second rebuilding my forks, I have a 600 and it holds a different amount of oil. Accordin to my manual, mine holds 478cc an should be 100mm distance from the top. someone please correct me if I am wrong as I am in the process of a rebuild as well. but again remember those #s are for a pre 600.

Keep in mind that to measure the fork oil height correctly the tubes must be slid all the way down and no spring. Also you need to have the fork vertical for that task. Unless you tear them down and clean them completely you are better off using fork oil height rather than volume as there will still be some oil trapped in the bottom.

so since I completely rebuilt my forks I would be better off measuring out the correct cc an just puttin that in?

You can do that as you are 100% clean. Either way will work though, if you don't have something to measure CC's then just measure height.
