Well I did my rear breaks today on the 1100 and found the rubber seal is torn 
Is their a rebuild kit or can I just get the seal?

My carbon foot print is bigger than yours.
1988 GSX1100F with 93 plastic, Avon AV45 front & AV36 rear rubber and a SS2R full exhaust system.
Other bikes:
2 1985 CR500

You can order just the seals -- all the seals for one caliper are one part number; there's a second part number for the seals plus the piston(s) for one caliper.
The only question I'd have is whether the seal is readily available for your bike any more. If it happens to cross-reference to the 98+ front seal (may; some of the pre's rears do), I have some of those here ready to ship.

Just a pet peave but, it's not the "breaks" that your working on, it's the BRAKES. Although you do seem to have a break in a brake part and I recommend you take a break while working on them so as not to get over tired.Comment
