Any 'How To's' for Rear Brake Pad Change?

I need to replace my rear brake pads on a 2004 Katana, but I can't find any resources with a step by step or even any pointers. I'm sure its pretty easy, but I've never done it before and want to make sure I do it right the first time. Any help, even part numbers, is greatly appreciated.

Yes , it IS very easy . Ever done it in your car ? It's like that , but easier , 'cause you ain't gotta jack the bike up and take off any wheels .
