  • New bike in the garage

Hey all, originally I bought this bike as a parts bike to my garage of old vintage bikes. I was going to hack it up to sacrifice for an old 70's honda or Kwak to improve their suspension. But the bike is growing on me! Anyhow. Here's the quick and dirty. I bought it off a guy who was storing it for his brother. It hadn't ran in three plus years but there was nothing wrong with it. Other than sitting in dirty old gas. I bough it on flat tires for 200$ who could say no right?

Anyhow as you could imagine, it's got some fuel delivery problems having sat with old gas for almost four years. So you,ll probably see me lurking on threads having to do with the same.

My name is Ryan, and while it's not my first bike it is my first Suzuki, first kat and I'm thinking I'll learn a lot. Looking forward to soaking it in

    Best
    Ryan

Welcome. You haven't said what it was that you just bought but if it's a '88-'97 Kat check the wiki for Carbs 101 and if it's a 98+ Kat look for Carbs 102. Download the pdf version. They've got more and better photos.
