Hi all...

Been riding for a year now and have a 94 Katana courtesy my brother in law. Started to use it as a commuter from Orlando to Daytona and enjoying the ride. I am a bit of an old fat guy and rocketing up I-4 makes me feel young at heart.

Looking forward to info and fellowship from other Kat riders.

I was born and raised in FL and definitely miss the sunshine state. Though, being originally from Tampa, I typically tried to avoid I-4 at all costs

I got the old part covered, but nothing like my biek to 'youngen' things up a bit

Welcome to KR! I am happy to say I can't relate on the old part (yet), but definitely understand the feeling of blasting up a highway. Makes the work day so much better knowing you have that to look forward to at the end of night. When I worked in a kitchen I'd be sweating my ass off all summer but if I knew I had that bike to jump on after work it made it bearable.
