having a problem and was hoping i could get some help

I have a 99 750 kat and it starts up fine but soon as i give it throttle it try's to die, and even if i hold it there it will not die but will not run smooth either . I have tried cleaning the carbs , vacuum lines, new gas, checked the plugs , all filters/lines,all seem ok, i let her warm up / idle for over 20 mins , last year i flipped it , cracked the left side engine case and oil spilled out , i put new oil in it and new cover with gasket on , it started up and ran fine , / i since then put sea foam in the tank and let it run , be four i stored it in a garage . few months ago . also the battery is fully charged and fresh gas etc, i since then used carb cleaner, but i sprayed to much in and now the vacuum t's are swollen so im going to buy new ones, even tho it still runs same as be four , i was hoping someone had a better idea , sorry if im all over the place , but ya sparks good , gas is good, carbs are good, batterys good, the air filter is now off its clean / good. and i cant see the timing be off cause i never touched anything to do with that plus it starts up fine . any help or questions would be sweet . thanks .
