Hello, I'm new to the website so hopefully it will give me great information about the katana. I have read some things in the past which has helped out on some decisions about a bike.

Thanks!
I am looking at buying a 2004 katana 750. The bike has only 232 miles on it so it looks great only downfall is that the carbs need to be cleaned. They bike is being sold for $3000 at a dealership and they will clean the carbs for no charge. Technically I still feel like I am paying for that. I wanted to know is that a good price for the bike or should I ask for a lower price.

Welcome
Try to talk them down and plan on sending the carbs to Arsenic for cleaning/rebuild. He'll do a much better job than the hacks at the dealership. My strategy would be to aim for $2,500 and then hit them with "OK, now take another $500 off and I'll take care of the carbs myself."
