    It's been so long since I've been here, I think I need to reintroduce myself.

    Hi. I'm Rachel, a So Cal native living in SC. I've been crazy busy since the last time I was here. Here's a rundown:

    Started homeschooling my 14yr old - Yikes!
    Had 3 classes left for my business management degree when I changed my major to Culinary Arts - I know, I know...
    Got a job as an instructor's assistant, helping a chef teach 20 students basic cooking skills. Lots of band-aids!
    So 21 of class time and 8 work hours a week, with about 8 hours of homework.
    I have about a year to go to finish up with college, then out into the big bad world to open our own place. The plan has changed from a restaurant in the Greenville area, to a B&B in the TN/NC border area. (We think).
    I haven't ridden in a while, I don't really have time. And to be honest, I'm still scared of my bike. But I'm looking to change out my handle bars so that my Shadow is more comfortable to practice riding.
    So that's what's been happening with me. I'm tired just thinking about it. LOL
    ~Rachel

    Hope, like the gleaming taper's light,
    Adorns and cheers our way;
    And still, as darker grows the night,
    Emits a brighter ray. ~Oliver Goldsmith (1730 - 1774)

    What doesn't kill me, makes me stronger.
