Clutch Problems

I had to replace my clutch cable, after i replaced the cable i somehow can't figure out why the cable will not release the plates. Me and Scout spent hours trying to figure this out. we went through cigarettes and tea and ideas and nothing came but darkness. took everthing apart, drained the oil from the clutch plate basket, checked the plates, made every adjustment we could think of...

Any suggestions on what I need to do to fix this???

Yes...please help. Otherwise, Sickboy is gonna end up fixing it with a chainsaw and a bottle of soda.
