I stumbled on this place on accident, but I'm very glad that I did! So with that said, does anybody have any ideas about where I can get a new set of fairings for my 1992 Katana 600? And additionally, where I could have those painted for a reasonable price in the Lafayette'ish area of INDIANA?

Welcome...and Ebay gets my vote too. They have lots of choices and most don't need painted, they come ready to put on the bike. Not all that expensive either.
