  • New Guy from Hudson WI

    Hello everybody!

I'm Dan and I'm from hudson wi. Just got my first sports bike, a 1991 GSX750F Katana. I'm loving it so far. Its got 27xxx miles on it and its in really good shape. Its never been dumped and all the plastics are in great shape.

I will be using this as my daily commuter to work. I work about 40 miles away from where I live so driving my car was getting expensive. Looking forward to learning more about these bikes and seeing what kind of things I can do to it.

Heres a pic of my bike!

Welcome aboard Dan. One piece of advice, don't start modding or you'll never stop.

                  Thanks for the welcome everybody!

One of my plans for the bike is to have my buddy who is a body man repaint the entire bike. I'm thinking of going red and black or just all orange. Idk about the orange, my dads 1972 Dodge Challenger was hemi orange so that kinda gave me the idea about that. For now I'm just going to enjoy the bike as is. I've put on close to 200 miles since I got it on saturday. Of course I drive 80 miles round trip to work so I should rack up the miles pretty quickly!

                              Thanks for the welcomes!

Sounds good Seth, I wanna get a bit more comfortable on my bike and get a new front tire on it but then I'd definitely be down for meeting up and going riding!
