you will not be able to see anything behind you IMO
I'll have to take a look at this. I slipped the rubber cover above the mirror to see how it was attached, but didn't have any alan keys with me to take a look (or hex wrenches).

How is the mirror connected to the ball joint near the rotation portion?

The 2 allen head bolts are the ones to remove the whole assembly
I had to use mini vise grip to get the one loose/out
If I remember right the other end "ball" is under the mirror glass so unless you can remove the glass in one piece you arent getting in there
If the glass is broke already some auto glass shops cut mirror lens , better than nothing

Fortunately, the glass isn't broken at all. The mirror is just really really limp. Whenever I hit a road bump, it looks down further and further, eventually I see the asphalt below my bike.

Getting under that glass is going to be a pain... Maybe I should just buy two new mirrors? I keep seeing carbon fiber ones that look pretty good. Maybe a OEM replacement?

Not sure on which route to go, but I'll take a look over my current one and pry it apart.

Thanks man, I look around a bit before I jump on an ebay or USA order. Hopefully I can get something reasonably priced within my area.

If not, there is always Saskatoon when I come up!
