I've been down there 3 times in the past 2 years visiting or picking my daughter up, and got pulled over twice while driving with the flow of traffic. Luckily one of those times I just got a warning, other one I got a ticket for speeding as I as s stuck in a cluster of cars in the center lane being passed on both sides on hwy 95.
