Cool name. Welcome to katriders. There's a wealth of information on here. Have you been riding long? Don't be afraid to ask questions, but also don't hesitate to search for your question cuz odds are there are 10 threads like it already

Ahh hello all Yes I have been riding a while lol. Just not rice. I used to ride bsa and norton. in the form of a 66 starfire and a 76 commando 850 wish I could find a nice 750 that isn't cut up. I am in the army reserves and I am an ironworker by civilian trade so I am rather busy most of the time. Just to let everyone know I am not here to take up space. I actually want to learn as much about my new ride as I can. So everyone knows I am not a rider who plays the loud pipes saves lives or cagers or any of the rub b/s I believe that we on the road all make mistakes. In a car or on our bikes. We all need to keep our heads on swivels. What is the use in a motorist watching for us if we don't watch for them. And yes I have been in an accident on a motorcycle. I woke up in johns hopkins shock trauma 2 days later. I won't go into a list of injuries. So thank you everyone for the welcome I am not sure all will see this post as I am not sure how it works but again thank you
