  • 2006 katana problems

I recently bought my first bike, a 2006 katana 600. It currently has about 13,000 miles on it. Ive started hearing a clunking noise comming from around the front sprocket, although i did tighten the chain i still hear the noise, mainly at low rpm at take offs. I was hoping some one could help me identify the problem.

Lousy, sorry but I don't know that sound. Is the sprocket tight?

Is that the original chain? With 13,000 miles on it, the chain and sprocket are probably nearing the ends of their life. Glad the cleaning/lube took care of it.
