  • Hello all and can I pick your brain?

    Hello all,
Just picked up the GSX 600f. Perfect second bike for me as it's more than capable for my limits at the moment.

Just out of curiosity, what would you expect to pay to get your clearances adjusted then the carbs balanced?

    Cheers.

Actually , I believe most riders I know tend to do that themselves . I've never payed for it so I can't really help you , but welcome to the family

The shop rate which is probably 3-4 hours of labor for the work involved.

                          Thanks everyone most appreciated!!!

I'll be honest, I do pretty much everything with my bike however I don't venture inside the engine. Quite daunted by it incase I make a mistake.

Welcome to KR. Valves and carbs are probably the two most overcharged things you can ask a garage to look at.
