    Intro-post time

    Hi all. It's intro-post time!

    So I've been lurking around here for about a month now, though haven't had Kats long enough to feel too confident my experience on these bikes would make a particularly helpful contribution just yet.

    Am currently based down in the South West, with a '90 600 at the moment and previously had an '89 600.

        Thanks guys. This is indeed a great place to pick up info that the Haynes won't tell. I've already been coming up with a lovely list of modifications to do and such when I've gotten more competent with the insides of a GSXF

                            And well a lot of that stuff was tools and snow gear.. You don't want to find you've left that 10mm spanner or molegrips you now need while sitting by the side of the road 4 countries away from home.
                            I've done a fair bit of touring and have found it really pays to make sure you know what you should be taking for the trip you're doing.
