  • Back in the saddle.

Hey all, picked up a 95 600 a few weeks ago and just wanted to say thanks for all the great info on the site. My last bike was fuel injected so a carb'ed bike has been a bit of a challenge for me! Finally got her running well tonight so I've been dusting off my riding gear (don't let my handle fool you, I'm no squid!) and plan to give her an extended test ride tomorrow. I can't wait! Haven't ridden in almost 4 years!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! On another note, the bike had a tweaked left front fork when I bought it and I ended up replacing both forks and the triple tree. I can't really sell them in good conscience, but I would guess there's plenty of good parts between them for someone who's up to a repair job. So anybody who's interested, just pony up the shipping and I'd be glad to pass on one, both, or all three items. If you're in the Dayton, OH area let me know and you're welcome to pick them up. I know I'm a new guy -- my eBay handle is 'blankmac' if you want to check out my feedback. I would post this in the classifieds but it will take me a while to get fifty posts. Hope I'm not violating any rules -- again, the items are free to a good home.
