    hi my name is brandon and i got a gift of a 89 and 90 kat from my girlfriend! she knew i wanted somethign to mess with and i sure got it. the 90 is wrecked with good motor the 89 has a issuse either it has a rod knock or trans is junk. carbs are screwy so started in on those today. hopeing to get them going for this season. they have been sitting for a while so i may re-ring it. hopefully i can get it to roar tommorow. im a mechanic/welder/fab guy for a proto type company here in michigan. looking at a lot good info here but ill have my questions thanks!!

      thanks im going to make one out of two and ride the wheels off of it. im going to see if and how bad it smokes tommorow before i deside to tear down motor
