I came across an 03 600 katana that had been sitting in a paint shop for 2 years waiting to be painted. It had 678 miles on it and was too good to pass up so i grabbed it. The previous owner had layed it over and sent it to get repainted black with real flames but for some reason it just sat in the shop.
It is getting painted black tommorrow and the carbs have been redone due to old gas being left in it. I put it back together and it fired up on about the 2nd to 3rd spin of the starter and idled like a champ. It has a little road rash on the muffler but nothing an aftermarket can't take care of.
I just wanted to say Hi and hope to learn a few things from the forum about the bike.
