    Hola peeps

    New owner of an older Kat. 5th bike overall since I was 15, but first bike in about 10 years. I test drove a few different bikes before I settled on this 97 600 Kat - this being my first sport bike and all - and for my size, frame, and (conservative) riding style, I have to say I've fallen in love with her.



    Couldn't beat the price either, having bought in December in this down economy. I look forward to browsing around and mebbe asking a question or two as I get familiar with her.

                        Welcome to the KR family. That is one rare gem of a bike. Be careful, but coming off a cruiser three decades earlier and getting back on myself, and on a crotch rocket (Suzuki 750 GSX750ES), the ideology was similar, except the rocket was much faster and far more responsive...so do take it easy on the throttle until you're used to it. It looks like an incredible bike!
