    New to Katanas - didn't know what i was missing!!!

    Never thought i wanted a sportbike so i stuck to the cruisers. had a 83 honda shadow 750 in decent shape that i rode most of the year. i posted it on craigslist for cash or possible trade. a guy texts me and asks if i want to trade even up for a 99 katana with just under 16000 miles on it. oh yeah... it has a carbon fiber yosh exhaust too. told him i wanted to see it first. we met about three weeks ago and i've had a katana ever since. LOL. it's cold here, but i've still managed to put about 500 miles on it. i'm glad i came across this site. thanks for all the posts.

              Ahhh the Finger Lakes region I know the area well...
              I spent a lot of time in the N.E. mostly. However, I have been thru the finger Lakes many times as well as out to the track...
