Welcome to KR! That is a clean bike and low miles help show that I am sure, for a '94.
There are some good posts on here. I am sure with some work and reading you can get that idle fixed. One question I have, is has it been sitting long? If so, they might be gummed up and that can make the idle hard to maintain.
Good luck.

Welcome!. What are the idle issues you have? If it's dying or running rough, most likely you need to take them apart and clean them very well. If you search on carbs and idle problems you'll find someone that has had the same problem as you and hopefully what they did to fix it. With a little hunting on the search feature you can fix probably any problem with your bike here!
Also, make sure you run the hell out of it - take some long freeway trips. A bike that old with so few miles has surely been sitting around a lot. Putting some miles on it will help clean it out and it should run different. Might take care of that idle... it sure helped with mine. Good luck!1989 Katana GSX750F
