Looking at a 2000 750CC What should i look out for?
The price is cheap but needs some work. A new tire, the seat reskinned. Also needs a clutch.

What else should i be looking out for?

I have the same bike with about 15,000 miles on it. I have owned it since it had 2200 miles on it. The only items I have had to do is replace the read brake pads, and the clutch. Ofcourse all of the routine maintenance.

I guess you could call the katana a bullet proof bike, but it comes down to a few basic things.

The link Black_peter posted is a great piece of information. Make sure you utilize some common sense too. If the thing looks abused it probably was.

and don't buy into the "blue" is the fastest color crap. Everyone really knows it is black.
