Hi all, im new to this forum, i found out about this site from another forum, called netriders. Im from australia and i have a 2005 gsx750f, it looks like its called a katana over there?? well i purchased the bike brand new, and i cant say enough about the bike, i think it has unique looks, good power, and is very comfy. Only thing that i would like to improve is the cornering, i find it quite hard to push through the corners fast. anyway, dont be shy, say hi, maybe you have some tips to make my bike handle better, and look better, these bikes are not so popular in aus, every one goes for supersport over here, but i just love the look of my bike, id never swap it. .

as far as cornering .. the kat should be able to take any corner with ease .. maybe some better tires on it might help a bit and getting the suspension set for you .. but otherwise the kat can take curves just as well as most any bike .. welcome to KR .. hope you enjoy the stayso many roads so little time

dont get me wrong, it corners great, it just need a little more effort and planning than on other bikes ive had, like the gsxr and r1. I know the gsxf is a sports tourer and cant compare to these superbikes, and i dont want it to. I get very sore while riding these bikes for any more than 3-4 hours, with the katana i have gone about 1000kms in one day and had no trouble, id be crippled if i tried that on my old r1!! i also love the fuel efficiency, i can go twice as far on the katana as i could on my yammi.
