    well i purchased a bike ,turns out its called a katana

    hi im new, from new zealand, home of some of the best roads in the world! Ive just bought a 1988 600 after selling my older gsxr 400, so stoked to find a site dedicated to the bike

          yep the 600 will need a wee bit of work to get up to scratch ,the 400 was great but turned out to be unreliable, and i dont have the funds to purchase a late model bike so thats why i got the kat (cheap and reliable)

                          Welcome to KR. Bike looks to be in pretty good shape. Just tid bit of information. Learn to use the seach function kinda a pita at first but once you learn it you can find what you are looking for. If you do any mods to it please take pictures and do a how to on it so that way we can all learn. That is about it. Once again welcome to KR and Enjoy the Ride.
