New Katana owner in Florida

I have been a Katana fan for many years. Price, performance, and looks, what else do you need. I came accross a used 96 Kat with 9K miles, runs strong and never laid down, and has a clean title. I stole it for $1600. I bought a clymer manual on ebay for $16.

Upgrades that I am planning to add are, handlebar risers, corbin seat with a passenger backrest for my wife, and some performance upgrades. Any ideas?
