Just checking in to say hi. This site is great. Kudos to you folks for all the help and resources you have here. I've been visiting for about 2 weeks now, and most topics seem super informative and reasonably civil, until of course everyone starts picking on Range
Got an '04 Kat 600 last week. What a ride...!!!!! I'm moving up from a 150cc Suzuki Fiero (street bike) and BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE...!!!! The bike is completely stock, heck it even has the warning stickers on (see pics). Those will go this week. I think I'll hold off on cosmetic mods until I get some real riding done and maybe blow some cash on engine mods first.
Taking the MSF class in June (that's the earliest I could get in). All my previous riding was done in a different country with a smaller bike and very different traffic patterns, so hopefully this course will teach me what I've been doing wrong for the last 6 years. And hey, the insurance break should help.
This is going to be a great summer.
