I don't know how many months of riding I'll get this year... Last rode on thanksgiving. And today snow emergencies for milwaukee county, Oh wisconsin. Driving through about a foot of snow in my eclipse is kind of depressing. I was praying to be riding my mid-march. Like years past it usually keeps snowing on and off till mid-april.
~30.5k miles on mine. Just got a job with a one way distance of 50 miles, so that number is going to be climbing in a hurry.
Same here, I commute just over 100 miles to an from work. In the fall I put over 7k miles on it so ive been more inclined to take my vw with 215, 000 miles on it instead
believe it or not the gas difference isnt very much..

I used to have a Jetta - not hard to believe at all. That car averaged 33mpg for me with mixed driving, I've gotten tanks on my Kat that are only 40 mpg. (I average ~ 50)
My current non bike is a truck though. 22 mpg sucks a lot of fuel. I'm probably looking at 20k miles this year on the Kat from just commuting.
yup, ive got a modded jetta with the 2.0 that gets the same. I find my bike average on a little lower than yours though...I cant seem to cruise at 70 mph when I hit the highway...or any road for that matter those bursts of throttle can drop the mpg pretty quick!
my wifes jeep on the other hand, it has the 318 ci v8 with full time 4wd so that doesnt do so great :/
