So what's the deal with the two side by side weld beads on the left most tube in the photo

I saw that as well, and just figured it was a mis-measurement, and he added a bit of material to make up for it.

I could be wrong of course, it was just my first thought.

The double weld is a straight piece that had to be put in cuz the other two U-bends didn't quite line up. I think it still looks pretty good.

Especially since it should be back from the polishers tomorrow. Should brighten things up a little.
