Aftermarket headlight wiring??

I have a 1994 Katana that I'm putting on an aftermarket headlight, I currently have a 7in universal headlight from flyncycle.com and it has 2 wires coming out of the 3 prong and one that is attached to the lamp itself. Will I have to cut up the current 3 prong wires to make this work?
I am also thinking of getting dominators instead, will this just plug right in?

you can buy a plug that will connect to the OEM headlight socket. After some research, it looks like the Dominator headlight will plug into the OEM socket.
