  • Putting on handlebars instead of stock bars on a 600

As part of my street fighter project I am mounting a cafe racer fairing (quarter fairing). I am having issues with the fairing body hitting my front brake master cylinder and was thinking of swapping the stock setup for some superbike bars. I've got the bars, but no way to mount them to the bike.

What is the best way to raise the bars? I saw a thread about risers for the stock bars and that could possibly work also.

    thanks

Do you know if I can just replace the top triple clamp or do I need to sway the whole triple tree and steering stem?

      thanks

Look up.. Crazymofo.. Wasn't that his name Steve? He threw a turbo on his too..
His build page might show how he added his bars.

Wow, an excellent product! I'm going to give that some thought. I like that it has the brake lines and stuff included.

            thanks
