  • My New Fighter

I bought this thing 3 days ago and have already started tearing it apart and making it my own. I have a full set of cobra dual exhaust pipes coming, as well as a nother set of blinkers for the front side markers to go on the frame. I am in the middle of making a fiberglass cowl for the rear seat, but am still looking for something to do with the rear tailight. I rebuilt the carbs and am hoping to make some engine mods for HP and sound but first of all I need it to run perfectly, and I think that I am about there, let me know what you guys think and if you have any advice or suggestions let me know!

    Thanks
    Mark

That looks sweet. I've been riding mine with the fairings off so much I've been thinking about doing the streetfighter thing....I'd be interested in what you did, replaced, ext.

                  Lower Cowl...

did you chop the lower fairing off the existing or did you pull it from another bike and make it fit? I really want to throw something like that on mine.
                  Are we riding yet?

looks like an acerbis demon or cyclops light. google streetfighter headlights there are many like that one. the cyclops is DOT approved. http://www.whaccessories.com/ has some good but expensive streetfighter lights also.

                      OK you asked:
                      Ditch the Crocks..
Get your older daughter a real helmet..
At least use a tank bag for the younger one..

You can snake the wiring harness through the stem area. That way it isn't hanging on the outside of the frame.
Trim the font fender. Without full fairings the fender looks out of place..

                      Welcome to KR..
