Thanks, still gotta glue on the cover and will probably put some light batting or something on it first just to keep it as smooth as possible. I did do a quick test sit on it on the lovingroom floor, and I think it will work out great. Tons more comfy than it had to be before. Will probably hold on to it for a few days to make sure the contact cement is hardened good and holds everything, and also that way I can heat it and stretch again if necessary. Just don't want ot to end up with a cover hlfwy off, or wrinkled by the time it makes it to Ohio.John,

DUDE rediculous man, looks amazing. i started out 1.5 hours ago on the first page and was like "oh this looks cool, prolly just anouther mild rebuild" lol NOT! i gott sucked into the entire thread! looks great and i cant even imagine the satisifaction you get from riding around a costom made made beast! job very well done!
