Inspection Shops In NE PA

The last independent shop in my area of the Poconos (west end of Monroe County) has stopped performing motorcycle inspections. I don't want to go to the dealers because the always seem to find some labor intensive gremlin or nit picking on flush-mounted turn signals (previous owner installed). Thus, I am reaching out to my Pennsylvania Kat brethren for recommendations.

He's always been fair with me. For me, it's really convenient though, because he's just a few houses down. He's not a neighbor I hang out with, likely due mostly to just not being next door. He does check things like brake pad thickness and tires. I've never tried going to him with things like aftermarket turn signals and such, so I can't vouch for that.

Tires have 80% tread and brakes (front and rear) were done less than 1,000 miles ago.


I will call him today. If he could fit me in next Tuesday it would be perfect as I have to ride right past his shop on my way to a Dr. appointment.
