I thinkt's due in large part to the poster of that comment being confused about the subject matter. 'Cause, clearly...Canadian insurance prices have *everything* to do with criminals robbing banks.

It was a joke, we were talking about cops just cracking down on people. Basically no one has balls to do it like they did. Thats all.
