    My bike is showing a leak from the petcock I took it off for now anyone else have the same issues from a 2000, going to ordering the part and hopefully it will be depleted any other advice?

    Rebuild it, the kit is cheaper than a new petcock.

      Rebuilding it is easy, ask if you can't figure it out and we'll help you out.

        I went and purchased a new one, the petxock was in pretty old condition and didn't want to waist moeny, will keep an update when it arrives and hopefully the leak have persisted.

          Keep the old one to resell(or give) to someone willing to rebuild it.
          1990 GSX1100F- abandoned in 2005, rescued by me in 2011, I'm gonna ride it if it's the last thing I do.

            Leak is gone! Still have the old one, like I said it is in pretty bad shape owner before didn't take care of this machine.
