Filling that gap

Thought I would fill the void between the lower fairing with some high grade mesh as the gap needed filling and I had acquired a piece of aluminium which was made to fit.



panel a bit chipped up due to stones off wheel but as its plastic........




This stuff is just about manageable, a bit awkward to bend around those profiles but got there in the end



A bit of quality silicone and then clamp it to cure




Once set its all very solid



May get it painted







Just need a fender extender now and that should keep all the crap off of the exhaust and more importantly the engine cradle cross piece as these are prone to rot

Ha not tried it yet Robert but reckon it will be fine, just fitting some bike vis lights first
