  • Local equivalent for Suzuki thread lockers?

On pages 1-3,4 in the Suzuki FSM it lists "special materials" to be used as instructed throughout the manual. I was wondering if there were local equivalents we could use for these.
Suzuki Super Grease "A" - for driveshaft oil seal, generator oil seal etc..
Suzuki Moly Paste - crankshaft journal bearing when installing, camshaft journal install
Suzuki Bond 1207B - sealer used between upper and lower crankcase, sealer on the top side of the Cylinder Head Cover gasket
Thread Lock Super 1303 - locks down cam sprocket bolt, cam chain guide bolt
Thread Lock 1360 - locks down brake rotor bolts
Thread Lock 1342 - locks down oil pump mounting bolt, starter mounting bolt
Thread lock cement - locks carburetor set screw

Blue Loctite for threads, for the other stuff it's personal preference, I've always used engine oil to lube parts for assembly, hi-temp rtv for sealing cases where no gasket was used.
Go to the auto parts store and ask of pick up packages and start reading.

Suzukibond is the same as hondabond, Toyota fipg, and permatex ultra gray. Threebond makes the stuff for all the manufacturers.... http://www.threebond.com/product/ser...s/s_a1300.html
